By accessing or using CheckIt AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CheckIt AI is a food and product ingredient analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to scan, analyze, and score product ingredients. Our scores are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape our data, or use our platform for commercial data extraction without permission.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the platform where you purchased the subscription.
